How do I book tickets?

Tickets can be purchased online through the events section of this website or over the phone by calling 0333 666 3366. Our ticket sales are handled by TicketSource.

Please note that start time for Saturday and Sunday performances vary. Saturday performances start at 7.30pm. The gates are open to the arena at 5.45pm.

Sunday performances will commence at 6.15pm. The gates will open at 5pm.

Avoid ticket touts

For your security we do not advise purchasing tickets from anywhere other than this website or our official ticket partner TICKETSOURCE. Tickets appearing elsewhere may not be valid or you could be overcharged.


Occasionally tickets will appear on secondary ticket agent websites, online auction sites and social media – these tickets breach our agreement with TICKETSOURCE and we cannot guarantee they are genuine. The tickets will always be detected by our scanning systems. You will not be permitted access to the site if you’re in possession of one of these tickets.


Please note that email confirmations are not tickets and will not be accepted as tickets to access the arena.

Why do you charge a booking fee?

CLGroup outsource the sale of tickets to a third party. We do this to increase security and protect you from online fraud. As a company we have undertaken a commitment to help tackle ticket touts and those attempting to sell fake passes. Our ticketing partner TICKETSOURCE are a well respected UK based company with a track record in providing these services to some of the UK’s biggest arenas and theatres.


To cover the above costs, most ticket agents charge a booking fee. This covers their staff, office costs, tickets, stationery and payment card processing fees.


TICKETSOURCE apply a modest booking fee, which is competitive in comparison to the industry alternatives. Please note, tickets purchase over the phone attract an additional £1.50 admin fee. For the cheapest ticket option please select ‘e-tickets’. An e-ticket can be printed off, or presented on a smart phone at the gate. All tickets will be scanned.

When will I receive my tickets?

When purchasing tickets, customers have the option to select e-ticket or have physical tickets delivered by post.

Customers booking through our website or telephone box office will receive a confirmation email after purchase. Please check your confirmation email for your attached e-ticket or details of when tickets will be dispatched to you – you might need to check your junk box, especially for online email accounts! If you book your tickets close to the date of the concert and require a physical ticket, you will need to collect your tickets in person. Ticket booths are stationed at the arena entrance. This is manned from 5.30pm onwards. Please bring ID. You can also select the ‘e-ticket’ option but you must always present the ticket, either as a print out or on a smart phone or device, at the gate.

My tickets have not arrived by email or post

Okay no need to panic! Please contact us and we’ll arrange for them to be re-sent. 

In all cases where we reissue a ticket, the originals will be void and will be un-scanable on the gate. Please make sure you bring a valid ticket to the concert arena. this can be a printed ticket, a home printed ticket or an e-ticket.

Can I bring a gazebo?

Yes, if you pre-book a gazebo pitch ticket, but they are only permitted on the perimeter of the arena, both at the sides and the rear.
Pitch size is roughly 4m x 4m, customers must provide their own gazebo.


Pitches will be distributed on a first come first serve basis so arrive early to grab the best spot.
Gazebo tickets are not valid for site entry, all customers require entry tickets in addition to any Gazebo pitch tickets.

Group bookings

If you’re booking over 20 tickets you may be able to take advantage of our group discount ticket price. Please email us at [email protected] to discuss your booking requirements.


There are NO REFUNDS offered except in extreme circumstances and at the individual discretion of CLGroup.


It is the responsibility of the customer to check the date, time and show on your tickets as mistakes cannot always be rectified. It is a condition of sale in respect of all tickets that a ticket is only valid for admission to the performance it was booked for.

What is the child policy?

Any child aged 6 or over requires a full price ticket.  Children aged 5 and under can attend free of charge and do not require any form of ticket.Under 16s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian (18 or over) and supervised at a maximum ratio of 1 adult to 4 children. Entry may be refused without valid proof of age (photocopy of passport or birth certificate is accepted).

What is a waiting list?

Once an event is sold out, we may offer the opportunity to join a waiting list, in the slim chance that any further tickets were to become available. Once an event is sold out it will no longer be listed. If you’d like your details added to our waiting list please contact the CLGroup events team on [email protected]


Please note: Joining the waiting list is no guarantee that we will be able to offer you tickets. If we are in a position to offer you tickets, you will be telephoned by the Box Office during office opening hours.  If you are unavailable when we try to make contact, tickets cannot be held (and we will move onto the next person in the list) however your interest will remain registered for any further opportunities.

Prohibited items

Certain items are not allowed in the arena for both the audience and the artist’s safety and comfort. Please check the Terms and Conditions for a complete list of prohibited items.


Prohibited items include large metal cutlery. Dogs or any other pets, with the exception of assistance dogs, are also not permitted.


You are permitted to bring alcohol into the concert venue. At Cromer Hall we allow glass bottles (such as wine bottles) onto the premises.

What about cameras?

Feel free to get your phone out and take a snap! Please do share on social media too. However, professional photography is prohibited. Tripods and audio visual or video equipment are not permitted in the arena. The music and performance is licensed and PRS compliant. Best to not get on the wrong side of the law…

What will happen if I try to bring in a prohibited item?

Our security team is stationed at the entrance to the arena. You will be asked to take any prohibited item(s) back to your car or allow for disposal.

What should I bring?

It’s important to consider what you wear! Dress for the outdoors – bring something warm for later in the evening and a waterproof jacket. We highly recommend bringing a fold up chair if you would like to have a seat. Umbrellas are permitted at our venues but we ask that you consider others when using them. Consider bringing a torch and/or high viz vest to wear if you are planning to walk home.
Insect repellent may be useful.

Money policy at Cromer Hall

Bring cash if you would like to buy food, drinks or merchandise – sadly we are not able to accept credit or debit cards.

Drugs Policy

We have a strict zero drugs policy. The public is safeguarded at all our concert arenas by the presence of SIA security guards.


On the Cromer Hall Estate smoking is only permitted within the designated area on the grounds. This does not include the concert arena.

Can I park on site and is there a car parking charge?

Sufficient car parking for visitors is provided at this venue FREE of any charge for the evening. The Cromer Hall venue’s car park is open from 5.45pm and 5.15pm on Sunday. Vehicles should not be left overnight in the car parks. Please be advised that the parking is on grass and therefore suitable footwear is advised. There is a short walk from the car park to our concert arena over a small distance with an incline. Please see our disability section if you need assistance.

The car park entrance is accessed from the lay-by near the North Norfolk District Council building.

Travelling by public transport

The venue is easily accessible from Cromer town centre. Buses and trains regularly serve the town.  The Greater Anglia train service is on a direct route from Norwich, via North Walsham and onto Sheringham. Please visit their websites to find out timetable and route information –

Travelling by taxi or being dropped off

Taxi Drop Off / Pick Up will be located in the car park of Amazona Zoo, off Hall Rd, Cromer NR27 9JG. You can then use the walkers entrance on to the park on the opposite side of the road, just follow the yellow signs. Please be aware, the entrance to the park is rural, so please wear suitable shoes.

If you are arriving by taxi or being dropped off, make sure you have made arrangements for your return journey in advance as there are a limited number of taxi companies operating in rural areas. In addition our venues do not have public telephones and sites may have poor mobile reception. Arrange to meet your taxi at the designated taxi pick up/drop off point which for cromer is the Amazona Zoo car park. Please be aware that if you’re using a satellite navigation system, the following address should be used: Amazona Zoo, Hall Rd, Cromer NR27 9JG.

Travelling on foot

If you are walking to the venue along the public highway please be aware that it will be dark when you leave. We advise you to use the A149 Holt Road as street light are present and there is a footpath running alongside the road.


Please note there is a short walk from the concert venue over a field to this gate. We will have basic lighting but the whole route will only be ‘dimly lit’. For your safety you may like to consider bringing a torch and hi-viz vest for your journey home. Walkers and cars will be separated.

ABOUT THE CLGroup’s VENUES (general) 
Where are the venues?

We operate two sites for our outdoor picnic concerts. Cromer Hall and Haughley Park. Both sites are private country residences and are only open to the public on set occasions and special days. Both these sites are only open to CLGroup’s customers during concert performances. Haughley Park Barn remains open for weddings.  The full address and postcode is always listed on our ticketsource page for each event.

Will the concert go ahead if it’s raining?

Concerts will go ahead regardless of weather, except in circumstances where the conditions at the venue are deemed unsafe for the public and artists. We advise that you wear suitable clothing and footwear for an outdoor event and bring an umbrella. In extreme circumstances the concert might be delayed or shortened due to the poor weather conditions. Please note, sadly in these circumstances we’re unable to offer a refund.

How will I find out if the event does have to be cancelled?

Concerts would only be cancelled in extreme circumstances.  Otherwise every effort is made to proceed with the event.  Should there be any updates, details would be published on the website and via Facebook and Twitter. We would also use local media including BBC Radio Norfolk, The EDP and the North Norfolk News for Cromer Hall. For Haughley Park, BBC Radio Suffolk and the EADT website.


Tickets will only be refunded if the event is cancelled by the organisers. Refunds are not available for events that do take place. See terms and conditions for full details.

Is food and drink available? 

A fully licensed bar is available on all our sites. Our bars all serve hot drinks so no need to make up a thermos! A small variety of hot food and drink outlets are available at all venues. It’s important to note that bar and food outlets do not accept card payments and there are no cashpoints at the venues.

Can I bring my own food or picnic?

Yes! That’s what the picnic concert experience is all about. But please check the terms and conditions carefully as items including some items are not permitted in the arena. Please also note that we operate a strict ban on all BBQ or cooking devices on our sites.


We may use screens at certain events. If a screen is being used it will clearly say so in the ticket information before you book. At Cromer Hall and Haughley Park Picnic concerts a screen isn’t necessary. The venues are small enough for all customers to be able to see the stage clearly. Better still, we never operate ‘allocated seating’ so you can sit where you like!

Do you have specific information and facilities for disabled concert-goers?

Yes. We have a comprehensive policy to look after all our disabled guests. This includes parking, access assistance, toilets and viewing areas. To help with our planning, and to ensure we give you the best service possible, please do advise us in advance of any specialist requirements. Wheelchair users may need assistance on grassed areas – especially in adverse conditions.

Can I camp at the venue?

No. We do not allow camping on site or in the car park area. We can recommend places to stay locally. Across the road from the concert venue is a campsite operated by The Cromer Hall Estate. In the local area there is plenty of accommodation but we recommend booking early.
